Nationwide Laptop Repair and FREE Pickup
We offer FREE domestic pickup on laptop repairs that are at least Pentium III+ or AMD 1000mHz+. This offer applies to residential/personal accounts only. To request a free pickup, please follow the steps below:
- Register or Login
- Fill out a repair ticket, In the "shipping & drop off" pull down menu, select "I REQUIRE FREE SHIPPING"
- Submit the ticket and wait for a support representative to email your shipping label
- Once you received the email, follow the instruction to download your personalized pre-printed shipping label
- Print out the label and fix it to your shipping package(s)
- Locate a nearest FedEx Ground drop off, or a Canada Post Postal Office depending on the type of shipping label you've received.
- Drop off the shipment at your first convenience, and we'll take care of the rest
