2. Order Repair Ticket
Please follow the below instructions for sending in your laptop.
Before sending us your laptop, you need a Repair Order Number from us.
We have (3) ways for you to receive a REPAIR ORDER NUMBER from us:
(1.) Instant Repair Order Number FORM

Once you receive a number, write this number on the outside of the shipping box.
After we receive your laptop you can track your repair using your Repair Order
Number you just received. We will email you when we receive your laptop so you
know it arrived safely.

3. Check Status of your Repair
If you have a laptop with us for repair you can check its repair status instantly!
To check the status of your laptop repair please use the Repair Order Number that
was provided to you by our online Repair Order Form.
If you lost your Repair Order Number, please call (613) 742-7233 and we will give
it to you again.

4. Shipping Instructions
We receive many laptops every day and these simple steps below will help insure
that your laptop is cared for properly and keep you aware of its progress while we
have your machine.
First, Fill out your Repair Order Ticket from or call (613) 742-7233 for a Repair
Order Number. This is a number the both of us will use to reference your repair job.
Second, pack your laptop with the following guidelines:
a. We recommend shipping box from official postal service to
pack your laptop. If you are unable to obtain one, you may use any sturdy and
durable carton box. Its size should be at a reasonable proportion to your laptop,
preferably 2 to 3 times larger.
b. All materials should be bubble wrapped. AC adaptors and
other peripherals should be wrapped individually and positioned on the side of your
laptop. (DO NOT place them on the top) Don’t forget to include All Soft Wares /
CDS/Manuals /recovery disk if available. If you have Laptop/Notebook part to be
installed don't forget to include that in your shipping package.
c. Don’t forget to wrap some stuffing around your
Laptop/Notebook. You can use bubble wraps, airbags etc. Laptop should not move
in the box. Please fill out stuffing to avoid laptop movement during shipping.
d. No package should be left uninsured*. We will not be
responsible for damaged goods due to shipping related mishandlings. Be sure to
include your order number along with your return address. This information should
be visible from the exterior of your packaging; failure to include your order number
may delay your service. You may specify a returned insurance value on
your “repair service order”. If you do not specify a specific value, we’ll insure your
product at a default value of $1000CAD. You will be giving a tracking code by our
courier company. We only ship Laptop/Notebook in Canada.
* As an added security to insurance, you should always backup your data before
shipping. Although you’re compensated for a shipping mishandling, your invaluable
data will be lost. If you should lose your data for any reason, rest and reassure
that Computer care offers a comprehensive data recovery service for your need.

Computer care will not be responsible for laptops without an order number.
Unsuccessful packaging to our shipping instruction will be returned to sender at
the sender’s risk and expense.

Sample Shipping Weights:
10-30lb - Cases, 15" monitors, Laptops, large sub-woofer speakers, and box of
add-on cards, keyboards and mice.
Notes:
(1) UPS does not guarantee shipments to residential addresses for during the
week before Christmas.
(2) Cost of FedEx 3 Day Saver and US Postal Services Priority Mail tend to be
similar to UPS 3 Day Select.
(3) Our shipping program sometimes does not calculate shipping correctly in the
following situations: International including Canadian addresses, total weight of all
items exceeding 100lb, and FedEx and USPS shipping methods. Manual
adjustment of shipping cost may be necessary in these situations.
(4) UPS does not normally deliver on Saturdays. Saturday delivery is very
expensive. It typically costs 50-100% more of the next-day air shipment with a
minimum $25.

6. Payment Information
On completion of your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone to confirm
your order as well as send you receipt for your records. When we will be done with
our repair services. Engineer will give you call to proceed your payment. You can
pay by credit card. We accept VISA/MasterCard/Money Orders//PayPal,
All payments are due upon completion of job.
If we order part for you, payment of part is due at time of order.
No COD excepted without our prior consent. If you miss to receive COD, the
payment will be charged to your credit card prior to next delivery.

7. Warranty For Laptop Repair
We offer 3 Months Labour warranty on our Laptop/Notebook repair services.
Warranty is limited to the repair service we provided on the problem fixed.
If we use used/refurbished parts to repair your laptop/notebook, it may contain
wear and scratch marks. These products are sold “as is”. No back orders are
accepted. Shipping Charges are not refunded
Customer is liable for To- Fro Shipping-- Incase if we cannot find out compatible
part for repairs. Please ensure you e-mail us all details on your laptop, as well as
the problem you are experiencing. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to
locate compatible parts and are therefore not liable. Insurance purpose estimates
are charged with nominal fees. As we have to deal with insurance
companies to proceed your paperwork.

8. RMA for notebook repair
a. If after receiving the in-shop service at CCC, your PC /Laptop still have the
same Problem(s) as before, or you think that our analysis and diagnosis are not
Correct; please contact us within 30 days after the service or purchase. We will
arrange time for a re-check. After having confirmed that the original Problem has
not been solved; we will offer free service and an extended 30-day warranty. But if
the problem from software configures or virus damaged, CCC will not take any
responsibilities.
b. In any event CCC could not repair or replace the item within 30 days from the
date the item received by our repair center, we shall refund the full cost of the item

c. Method Of Refund would be the same method, as the original method of
payment on the invoice any items sent to our repair center over the Warranty
Period days from the date of your receipt of the item without our consent would be
returned with no exception shipping cost
You pay for the cost of shipping back the item to us (RMA) and we pay for
sending back the repaired or replaced item to you.
Under all circumstances the original shipping cost would not be refunded.

9. Product tracking
Once your laptop have been shipped, we will give you a Tracking Number that
you may then use to view the progress of your order.
If you have misplaced your tracking number then you e-mail us at

name, phone number and all repair request details. Please be elaborative in
description as it helps us to track your Repair Request/ Order.

CCC does not guarantee that the online services and products (goods) listed in the
web site can be applied to any Particular Purpose. CCC or any party that is
involved in providing the service won’t take any responsibilities for the following
situations INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO while using our goods and Service:
misjudgments, negligence, interruption, power surge, or forgetting turning off the
electrical power while doing the maintenance, etc. results in the unsatisfied
qualities of the services and products provided by CCC, and cause directly or
indirectly any damages, or losses including (but not limited to) personal injury,
property loss, equipment damage, the lost of data files on hard drive disk,
software, loss of profit, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, shipping mishandling etc..
For all these, CCC will not take any responsibilities. So you must take back up of
data and insurance before shipping or drop off computer at our store/ Or before
scheduling pick up from your place. Be sure you purchase Insurance while
shipping Laptop to Us.
We always ship back laptop with $1000 Declared Value or Asset Protection.
