How to control the fan of Acer laptop?

Hello, I have an Acer 5633 laptop, now my question is that its fan always rotates in a very high speed. And it happens intermittently, seems
that my processor is almost going to get burnt. And now I intend to control its speed, could I? And what do I need to do? Really hope to get
your suggestion and help. Thank you so much!
1) Fan speed is controlled according to CPU temperature....
