Laptop Troubleshooting - No Home (User) Folder

No Home (User) Folder

Make sure the laptop is within a reasonable distance of the cart (the computer icon in the bottom right corner of the task bar should be green)

Log off the current user and log back in

Restart the computer and log back in

If all the above fails, contact your tech specialist or Call 613-742-7233
